Amazing Attention to Detail My husband and I recently had the opportunity to work with Melissa Shaheen in both selling our home and purchasing another home. We found a home we wanted to purchase, and Melissa helped us come up with a very competitive offer. The house had been vacant for 1+ years, so we wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting. Melissa met us at the house several times before helping us craft a competitive offer. Part of our offer included listing our own home within a week. This was not an easy task, especially with 2 teenagers and 1 five year old. Melissa helped us get the house show-ready.
