Amy EnochQuestion & Answer
What is your favorite thing about your town?
The diversity of home architecture and settings in the city
and surrounding counties is fascinating. You’ll find early 20th
century homes with intricate moldings, pine floors, and pocket
doors, to modern homes with angles and glass. Bungalows
to luxury homes; 100 year old homes to new construction.
Neighborhoods where you can walk to a coffee shop, enjoy
waterfront living, or have your closest neighbors be acres
away. This diversity in housing styles and locations gives
people options to move in and around the region, and attracts
new neighbors to come see what makes the Richmond region
so special.
What initially drew you to real estate?
When I look back, there were clues: walking through new
construction homes as a child; remembering the challenges
of moving multiple times in ten years; and losing money on
our first home because I did not understand the process. As a
Realtor, I’m able to combine my interests in homes and design,
with educating clients on the process of buying or selling
property so they are well informed of their choices and don’t
ever feel lost in the process, and that was a career path I was,
and still am 19 years later, excited to follow.
Why is relationship building so key to your success?
Connecting with others enriches our lives and gives us
opportunities to learn, see and do things we may not otherwise.
Those connections that build trust and confidence can open
up opportunities to help each other in our professional lives.
I’m proud that referrals are the foundation of my success
as it’s a testament to the service I strive to provide, not just
during a transaction, but any time help is needed. I love making
connections for others, too, whether it’s a service vendor,
business introduction, or help with a project.
How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?
The experiences I had and skills I developed in roles prior to
real estate have served me well. As a program manager for a
technology company, and with various roles at a Chamber of
Commerce, problem solving, coordinating teams, and negotiating
contracts transitioned well to real estate. More specifically, as
the managing broker of multiple real estate offices overseeing
hundreds of Realtors and thousands of transactions, I bring the
knowledge and wisdom from those transactions to each client I
work with to provide them the
best service and experience.
What’s most important to you in your business?
Honesty, Integrity, and Trust are my guiding values to insure
clients are well served, and I maintain positive working
relationships with industry colleagues.
Off the Clock:
When not with clients, you’ll find Amy enjoying time with her
husband, Dave, their daughters, and menagerie of pets. Or
maybe applying her design and staging passions to renovating
their home (there’s always a project!). In warmer months, a
pontoon boat cruise or any beach with no cell service is Amy’s
favorite place to be.

Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, great interpersonal skills. Wonderful, trustworthy = Amy Enoch
After leaving another realtor, Amy was a nice change. She listened to our needs/wants, was honest, personable, strategic, and willing to work with us. She quickly understood what we were looking for although it was not easy for us. Thanks, Amy! You were as good as your referral said.
I consider myself a high maintenance client. Amy was fantastic. She never made me feel like I was asking for anything unreasonable. She is thorough and attentive. I could not have asked for better support.
As a first time home buyer, Amy was a great help in explaining the process. She was also very friendly and personable and helped me feel at ease throughout.
I hired Amy Enoch and with the help of Jene Wood, my house at 5712 Promontory Place quickly sold and I am pleased with the selling price. All my concerns were always heard and taken care of. There were no major concerns and everything went smoothly.
Amy Enoch is very knowledgeable about real estate and concerned with the sale of your home. Would recommend your firm and Amy to anyone selling a home.
Amy was great! She worked through our daughter ( I am 91 years old) and kept us in the loop. Amy staged the condominium great-she is a gem!
Amy is the best! Thorough, helpful, kind and always available when we needed her-holidays, nights, weekends! Answered all of our silly questions respectfully. She was also able to provide great recommendations for other services as needed.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended. Helped us prep our house for sale, including recommending contractors and vendors. Provided all the information we needed to determine selling price. Staged our house for sale and had professional photos taken for listing. Aggressively marketed our home online, held two open houses, and followed up with potential buyers. Met with us weekly to review competitive action and pricing. Provided timely feedback on showings and daily updates on houses on the market in our area. Once it was sold, she coordinated inspections and appraisal.
